A whole night Star Gazing and Astrophotography session at The KaAStrodome
KaAStrodome is a privately owned observatory, designed, built and conceived by Dr. Akbar Hussain of Karachi Astronomers Society. I was lucky to have a camera with me that night and so I was able to record the unforgettable memories of the first rutjaga at The KaAStrodome.

The Awesome Orion Nebula – Astrophotography at its best, a dream came true
I had camera, we had Skywatcher maksotuv with us and it was ready for observation. We were lucky. I was lucky. Everything went perfect. I attached my camera with the 7inch Maksotuv and was able to get an awesome photograph of the Orion Nebulae. And yes from city, light polluted, moon-lit city Karachi.

Watching comet ISON from the KaAStrodome
One of our fellow Amateur Astronomer was able to find the Comet ISON just as the saturn and mercury rises from the eastern horizon. It was hard to see it as it was very faint.

An amazing experience
It was an amazing experience. We enjoyed each and every moment with our fellow Astronomers friends. It was cold at night and the sky was very clear and transparent and also Moon. Yet, we were able to have great views of the planets, Moon and a few Nebulas. The great thing was that we had Mehdi bhai and Ashraf bhai all with us at the KaAStrodome.
